tk10i reserves the right to complete an identity verification process before processing any withdrawal. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amounts

tk10i supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal funds are generally sent within 1 hour. However, delays may occur for accounts undergoing verification.

4.3 Transaction Rules

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from methods registered in your name.
• Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your casino wallet, please contact support.

4.4 Withdrawing Before Bonus Wagering Is Complete

You may withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirement, but in that case the bonus balance and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled. Only the original deposited amount will remain withdrawable.

tk10i offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses may have a specific claim deadline — please check the terms of each individual offer.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules

• Security risks or suspicious transactions.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Any eligible balance (as per these Terms) will be returned at the time of closure.
